What is PINTU?
PINTU Indonesian-French Fashion Incubator is a bilateral program, designed for Indonesian and French creatives and SMEs in the fashion business

Its goal is to prepare talent for international exposure, with a strong focus on sustainability and traditional know-how.

PINTU Incubator collaborates with various well-known institutions and brands in Indonesia to present expert mentors, where all mentors will share insights and tips on success in running a fashion business based on their experience in developing their business both in the local market. Apart from that, to better prepare participants entering the international market, PINTU Incubator also provides some mentors from France to assist the mentorship program.

PINTU as it continues to grow will draw the attention of more international media and more organizations like us. PINTU will be able to spread to the press, social media and invite all those new amazing designers to be part of the international events. Being invited to Paris Fashion Week or Milan Fashion Week for example.
All PINTU participants were very eclectic and interesting. They shared a common respect for their origins and the know-how of their country. At the same time, they were eager to access international markets. It's super pleasing to see that creativity and style are expressed in very different ways by each of them.
PINTU Incubator truly helps the participants become more international. It's not easy; there's a lengthy process involved. As a mentor, we are here to share our best practices. We sincerely hope that sharing these insights with the participants proves very beneficial. It's our way of offering them potential solutions to enhance their international presence.
I think PINTU Incubator is an important program for young designers, To develop their collection and start to branch out internationally. These brands are ready to be in Europe. So I'm glad to be here!
I am delighted to be here as a mentor. It is a fantastic opportunity to meet Indonesian designers, gain a better understanding of the market, and engage in intercultural exchange with Indonesians to comprehend their culture. It's also a creative chance for us to apply our experience to Indonesian designers and markets in order to access the French or European markets.
This collaboration is a good idea because it is hard to succeed by yourself, actually you will need partners and others to help. As long as there is a way to collaborate together, you have much more chances to be successful and have the right things to do.
PINTU Incubator truly demonstrates the excellent cooperation between France and Indonesia. This collaboration has the potential to bring together young artists and designers, fostering couture collaborations and introducing new ideas to the fashion industry.
I am very happy and excited to be here and participate in this program and I think what is interesting for us is to have the opportunity to meet talented designers from Indonesia and learn how they enhance their brand and business.

I have learned so much through this experience, both on a human level and by discovering Indonesia and its traditional techniques. We were surrounded by incredible support, and it was truly a unique journey that will continue to shape my future work. It was intense, but I am proud of what we achieved together.
